Quick answers about the pilot.

What does this cost?

Nothing. The Florida Pilot Kit v1.0 is free for pilot participants. Licensed under Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). We do not charge educators to participate in the pilot.

Who is this for?

The curriculum is designed for grades 6–12 but adaptable across settings. We have audience-specific packs for public schools, private schools, microschools, homeschool families, summer camps, after-school programs, and more.

What does "open source" mean here?

All materials are published under an open Creative Commons license. You can use, adapt, and share them freely for noncommercial educational use. No proprietary platforms, no subscriptions, no vendor lock-in.

Do I need AI experience or special hardware?

No. The curriculum is designed to be accessible to any educator, regardless of technical background. Everything runs on standard classroom computers.

What happens after the pilot?

Pilot feedback will inform v2.0. Participating educators will have early access to updates and can provide input on the direction of the curriculum. Institutional licensing options are available for schools that want to scale beyond the pilot.

How do I access the materials?

The pilot kit is available at publishing.civicoslabs.com. Fill out the form above and we'll send you the access information to get started.
